We begin with a strategy call where we talk with you about your business. During the call, we'll diagnose your business and identify the most important pillar to strengthen first. We agree on the exact tasks for the week and get to work immediately.

Every Following Week:

At the start of each week, we get on a strategy call to:

Review the results and progress from the previous week

Choose the pillar to focus on next

Decide on the highest-impact tasks for the week

After the call, I execute the plan and move your business forward.
